Camp following the DECLARATIONOf Rights and Responsibilities of Campers
The whole sun cannot be divided
Eternal Earth cannot be divided
But if you are happy, then you can share
This sparkle of sun with your friends
- Each camper enjoys every right stipulated in this Declaration, notwithstanding
his or her age, sex, height, race, etc.
- Each camper is entitled to live, eat and enjoy his or her time at
Madawaska Sunshine Camp.
- Each camper enjoys the right to respect and appreciate him- or herself.
- Each camper is entitled to assistance and protection if needed.
- Each campers enjoys is entitled to succeed.
- Each camper has the right to speak up, and his or her words will
be taken into consideration.
- Each camper bears responsibility for his or her mistakes.
- Each camper is entitled to avoid mistakes, such as:
- breaking the rules
- discriminating other campers
- ignoring requests of teachers and team leaders
Each camper will have
to leave Madawaska Sunshine Camp pursuant to the decision of the Administrative
Board for failure to comply with paragraph
8 of this Declaration and will be sent back to his or her parents’home.
