Vladimir Joutiaikine is our executive director and he has over twenty years of experience in tourism and education. Vladimir is a real idea maker in everything related to summer activities.
Irina Shulga holds PhD in education with over 20 years of experience working in one of the biggest summer camps Artek. Irina developed the center for the gifted kids "Seven Miracles" and many others summer camps. It was her methods that are used to train our camp councilors and instructors.
Max Dioubine is an enthusiastic Chef who makes sure that everyone at Madawaska Sunshine Camp eats only the healthy food. "It's great to see when kids are happy and staff is more productive from eating well."
Goran Milicevic is very experienced chess coach and he is the international FIDE Master. Goran participated at various tournaments in Canada with great success. In the 1994 he was Metro Toronto Champion. He has coached many successful Canadian Junior champions. Many of his students are Canadian and Ontario Champions who represented Canada on international level. Goran is teaching children to play the "King of Games" at several schools in Toronto: Hevergal College, York, Toronto French, Bayview Glen, Allenby, Summit Height, Bedford Park, Peoples Christian Academy, e.g.
Natalia Khoudgarian is Canada's Women Chess Champion 2007 and Canada's highest ranked Women Chess player. She represented Canada at Women's Olympiads in 1996- Armenia (2nd board) and in 2006 in Italy (1st board). In 2006 she played at Women's World Championship in Yekaterinburg.
Faina Sosedova is an excellent professional musician, talented and dedicated music instructor, interesting and profound person. Her goal is to find "an individual key" to each of her students. Fiana teaches her students to feel and understand the rules of harmony of the classic music, open the secrets of complicated string instruments, improve the playing technique, playing in ensemble and learn a lot from the history of music. 
Sergey Finebrge is a person who is always smiling and full of energy, he spends with children most of his free time. Sports instructor and an excursion guide.
Bella Mouretov is our youngest team player but despite her age she is very talented and creative while working with kids. Bella is developing our camp performances and shows and she is always in the mid of all our activities.
